Each test has an unique sample ID that you activate. The exact activation procedure as well as the sampling collection are described step by step in the instructions for use of each test. Please read them carefully.

Please hand in your sample in the return box provided at your nearest post office. igevia bears the shipping costs.
Your sample will be sent to the responsible partner laboratory:

As soon as your sample has arrived in our partner laboratory, it will be analyzed and evaluated by the laboratory team.
Please calculate with the following analysis periods from arrival in the laboratory:

After completion of the evaluations, we will send you a notification by email. Your results report is now available for download in a secure manner in the igevia portal.
