Can I cancel my order?
Of course. As a consumer you have the possibility to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days. In this case, please contact us via www.igevia.com/help. More information about this right of withdrawal can be found in our AGB. Please note, however, that this right of withdrawal expires as soon as the analysis of your blood sample has started.
What can I do if my igevia-Discount-Code does not work?
igevia discount codes can be limited in time or allow only a certain number of uses. Please contact us at www.igevia.com/help if you have an igevia voucher code that you believe is incorrect.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay on our website by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal and Sofortüberweisung.
How long will it take for my igevia-Package to arrive?
After ordering the igevia-Package usually arrives conveniently at your home by post within 3 – 5 days . The size is designed to fit into a regular mailbox. Your presence is therefore not required.
How do I return my blood sample to igevia?
In your igevia-Box, you will find a return envelope to our partner laboratory. Please note the instructions for returning the product in the instructions for use. Return the return envelope directly to a post office (do not drop it in a mailbox) as the return will be treated as a registered letter.
Kann ich mehrere igevia-Boxen gleichzeitig bestellen?
Yes, you can order up to five igevia-Boxes via our online shop at the same time.
Can I order more than five igevia-Boxes?
Yes, you can more than five igevia-Boxes at once. Please contact our Customer Service via the email address [email protected] for this case.

Yes, we offer doctors and pharmacies the opportunity to offer the igevia-Package directly for their customers. For more information, please contact our customer service at [email protected]
Can the igevia-Package also be ordered and delivered outside of Austria?
Yes, the igevia package is currently available in Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Other countries are in preparation. For detailed information on your preferred country, please contact us at [email protected].
