Can I currently order an igevia-Box?
Yes! igevia-Boxes are available without restriction for Germany, Austria, Ireland and the UK and can be ordered conveniently via our online shop. They are sent by post directly to your letterbox. It is not necessary to collect them from the post office.
What happens if my igevia-Box is lost during shipping?
In general, the shipping of igevia-Boxes works completely smoothly. If, contrary to expectations, your igevia-Box should get lost during shipment to your home, please let us know briefly and we will send you a free replacement box immediately.
What happens if my blood sample is lost during shipping?
Also in this case we would like to emphasize that the return of the blood samples generally works completely smoothly. Should your sample nevertheless get lost in the mail, our money-back guarantee will apply. You then have the option of (a) a free replacement box for a new attempt or (b) you will get your money back.
Is contactless reception of my igevia-Box possible at home?
The igevia box is specially designed to fit into a regular letterbox. This means that it does not have to be accepted in person or collected from a post office. In addition, the igevia-Box is in an overpack that is not necessary for the test to be carried out and can therefore be removed on receipt.
How does the return shipment of the blood sample work?
In your igevia-Box you will find an envelope for returning your blood sample. The costs for the return shipment will be borne by igevia. However, this requires that the return envelope be posted at a post office / post partner. Please do not simply throw the return envelope into the nearest post box.
Are there currently delays in sample analysis in the laboratory?
Our partner laboratory only analyses allergy samples and has no capacity for corona testing blocked. The analysis of your sample will therefore continue to be carried out in the laboratory without delay and you will receive your results in the secure online portal.
